Creating a 'Summer Fun List' when the monkeys come to visit has officially become an annual tradition. Last night we all sat around the dining room table and wrote out our own little lists of hoped-for adventures for the next eight weeks. Spoiler: blueberry picking, ice cream and tea parties were popular across the board. 

Blueberry Picking

Remember to call the farm the day before to confirm whether blueberries are available for picking.

Little Hill Berry Farm in Northfield (60-minute drive from Minneapolis)

Blueberry Fields of Stillwater in Stillwater (40-minute drive from Minneapolis)

Rush River Produce in Maiden Rock, WI. (90-minute drive from Minneapolis)

Ice cream!

The monkeys have requested lots of ice cream excursions. We'll try all the usual suspects, but I happen to know that Milkjam Creamery has the best ice cream. That's a fact.
