So, I'm Claire. I grew up in Southeast Asia and New Orleans and relocated to Minneapolis after grad school. After losing a few rounds to the brutal winters, I ordered a Minnesota farm boy online (thanks, Match!) and he introduced me to the wonders of snow tires and proper winter gear. Reader, I married him.
We now live in a giant DIY renovation project we call home, with our dopey direwolf named Zoey. My hobbies include biking lazily, luring friends over to my house to cook for me, judging people, trying to dodge Home Depot trips, and perfecting my sazarac. It's tough entertaining around DIY fails, but I try anyway. Oh, and every summer we get to play house with my nieces, otherwise known as 'the monkeys'.
